Every tableau column must contain at least one card before a stock deal. Move a card or legal sequence into each empty column to meet that requirement.

A King needs an empty column because it cannot land on another rank. Kings are allowed but are not required. Empty columns must be filled before the next stock deal. An empty column accepts any exposed card or movable same-suit sequence.
